Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Paldo marketing website. Please read them before using the site; by accessing it, you agree to them.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Paldo marketing website only. Access to and use of the Paldo platform at paldoapp.com is governed by a separate customer agreement entered into at sign-up.
2. Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt or overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law or the rights of others.
3. Intellectual property
The Paldo name, logo, content, design and software are owned by Paldo or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
4. Information on the site
Content on this site is provided for general information about Paldo's products. Illustrative examples, sample briefings, customer stories and figures are for demonstration and are not guarantees of any specific outcome.
5. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
6. Third-party links
The site links to third-party services (for example Calendly for booking and the Paldo platform). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.
7. Privacy
Your use of the site is also covered by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Paldo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and the courts of Norway have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Questions? Email info@paldo.ai.
